What is the suggested height and max load?

Height Range: 5’2″ – 6’4″. Max Load: 120kg (265lb).

What is the max range? What is the battery’s life? How can I maintain the battery?

Assist Max range: 37 mi/60 km. Battery rated for 300 charge cycles (Battery efficiency down to 80%). Approx 4-5 hours per charge session. Battery Maintenance: Charge the battery at least once a month if you do not use the E-bike regularly.

How/Where can I replace/buy parts/accessories?

Parts covered by warranty are free! For parts not covered by warranty or accessories, please contact our customer service.

Can I change the max speed? Is the set max speed legal in my country?

The max speed of C2 is 25 km/h (15.5 mph). For safety reasons, you cannot change the max speed setting. The max speed is set according to local law/regulations.

Can I get a receipt?

DYU is legal to sell our E-bikes in your country. We can provide you with a receipt. Please contact our customer service and share your email.

It's now been two month since I received my bike and I love it!
I get compliments about it's color and the overall looks.
The bike by itself is really light, but even when you have loads of stuff with you, it feels like nothing.
I did have to get used to the motor-assist as this is my first E-bike but it's nothing jarring.
Ths simple desing of the screen gives you all the info you need at a glance.
At first, I was a bit reluctant to get an E-bike as I was afraid that it wouldn't be as much of an exercise as a regular one but I'm now enjoying riding it everywhere!
I even surprise myself by how much I try to use my bike instead of my car.
So yeah, in my opinion, the bike is worth it!
