Since my experience isn’t perfect, can’t give a 5. We just received bike and can’t wait to ride it. Still have to put together. They were on back order due to the high demand so I had to wait, which is fine if I received a notification. Contacted by chat to find out. Bike had a gouge under seat, but they said they will reimburse me for paint. I got the cyan/pearl, but the pearl is more of a light creamy cantaloup color. I was looking forward to the pearl but this color is growing on me. My hip 23 y/o son says he loves that color…. I really wanted the gradient orange/yellow, but they only made 500 and I didn’t order promptly enough! Customer service had been extremely helpful. Best to chat or email. I’ll update when I finish setting up bike and ride it! Hopefully that rating will be a 5.0 so the 2 will average my 4.5! Happy riding.

his bike is absolutely 'grymt'! I can zip through the city with ease. The folding feature is perfect for when I need to take the 'tunnelbana'. Can't believe how 'smyg' this bike is!
