Thank you for choosing ProCykel! We are committed to ensuring that your orders are processed and delivered efficiently. Below is our shipping policy for deliveries within the Netherlands, Sweden, Switzerland, France, Germany, and Belgium.

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 48 hours of receiving payment.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
  • In case of high order volumes, there may be a slight delay in shipment. If this occurs, we will notify you via email or phone.

Shipping Times

  • Netherlands: 5 to 7 business days
  • Sweden: 5 to 7 business days
  • Switzerland: 5 to 7 business days
  • France: 5 to 10 business days
  • Germany: 5 to 10 business days
  • Belgium: 5 to 9 business days

Shipping Rates

  • All e-bike orders come with free delivery within the Netherlands, Sweden, Switzerland, France, Germany, and Belgium.
  • For accessories or other products, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the weight of the package.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order using the provided tracking link. If you do not receive your tracking information, please contact us at Support@ProCykel.com.

Delivery Address

Please ensure that the shipping address you provide during checkout is accurate and complete. ProCykel is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders (Sweden, Switzerland, France, Germany, and Belgium), customs fees, import duties, taxes, and other charges may apply. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine any additional costs before placing your order.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently only ship to the Netherlands, Sweden, Switzerland, France, Germany, and Belgium. If you require shipping to a different location, please contact our support team to discuss potential arrangements.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at Support@ProCykel.com with your order number and details. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible.
