At ProCykel, we strive to process and deliver your orders as quickly as possible. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. This Order Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which you can cancel your order and any applicable fees.
Order Cancellation Conditions
- Before Shipment: You can cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, you will receive a full refund.
- After Shipment: If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible. In this case, you may need to wait for the delivery and then proceed with a return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
How to Cancel an Order
To cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible at Support@ProCykel.com with your order number and cancellation request.
If your order has not yet been processed, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we will inform you of the next steps according to our policy.
Refunds
Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 7-10 business days of the cancellation confirmation. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
