   I first want to talk about the customer service. FedEx delivered my bike to the wrong house and made me feel like it was my fault they didn’t deliver it to my address. To the point they wouldn’t respond to my calls. I reached out to Heybike and they said they will work with them to figure out what was going on. The Heybike team made sure to respond to my emails by the next day unless it was a weekend. They assured me that if the bike wasn’t recovered by fedex a new one would be shipped. I received and email saying fedex couldn’t locate my bike and Heybike asked me if I wanted to change colors and a new bike was shipped. They were so awesome themselves that they deserve 5 stars. Now let’s talk about my amazing mars 2.0. I was able to out it together with no assistance. And it took at most 30 minutes. The assembly book was complete my user friendly. Once put together I charged the battery and off I went. It definitely has power and makes rides easy. Can use pedal assist or just throttle. Breaking the bike down is super simple. Lifting is a little hard for me but easier if battery is removed first. But if I have someone around it’s helpful to have another assist in lifting in car. The spring makes such a difference in riding in grass or off road paths. I think if they ever update get a back light with integrated turn signals in it would be nice. I also recommend side mirrors. I will be looking into getting me some. Such a fun bike, and a great company. I will be recommending them to everyone looking for a electric bike!

   I first want to talk about the customer service. FedEx delivered my bike to the wrong house and made me feel like it was my fault they didn’t deliver it to my address.    just received my Heybike Tyson Wednesday (5/24/23)took my first ride at 1:30 in the morning.😂😂😂.luv the ride . I did change the handlebars to BMX BARS. for better handle/ turns. also my front rotor and back rotor were both bent on arrival.. so I was gettin a hissing noise while riding from the break pads rubbing. took it to my local bike shop to get fix. cost me $80.00 bucks right out the box😂😂😂 but other than that luv the bike thanks !!👍👍

   I got the bike easy to build the performance of the bike is outstanding when it says 28 miles on Bluetooth and you put it on 28 miles that bike will do 28 miles an hour little too fast for me I had to set it back down to 20 the performance of the bike is outstanding the gear ratio is great thank you ebike for the outstanding deal the color of the bike beautiful outstanding color thanks again ebike you're deeply appreciated

   I was very excited when I saw the 1000watt version with hydraulic brakes on amazon. I ordered this and the shipping was very fast and packaged well. Everything was good until I realized this had disk brakes not hydraulic. I have called customer support to try and talk with someone about this issue unfortunately I have had no luck, I have emailed them with pictures of the brakes and the hub motor number. I have yet to hear back from heybike about this issue but I have faith that someone can get this ironed out for me. Will gladly update this review with 5 stars if I can get 1000watt version with hydraulic brakes that was advertised in the product description. I took a picture of my order history from amazon with no personal info of course so you can see exactly. I also took pictures of the disk brakes for clarification.

   Tyson is a nice quality bike. It’s packaged really well and performs pretty much like those I’ve ridden.First and only for me - It so needs 2 more gears or a bigger main sprocket. I’m 220 and it rolls at 19-20mph w throttle on the flat lands. Max is 26-27mph pedaling. I do like pedaling with assist power 3 in 7th gear. The suspension is decent for the price, especially the rear. Pretty much soaks up well. The front is just fair - to me as a long time dirt/street motorcyclist and mountain biker. I’ve tweaked every nuance of preload and tension between both fork legs. It is a heavy, stable bike and that is it’s strength. It has the coolest looks of any in class to me. Mine is black/obsidian. I do wish it had one water bottle location or a stem bracket provided. The green pannier bags are super cool and were a gift w purchase, and useful - although my heels clip them while pedaling occasionally. There are some minor things I can improve aesthetically. It is a torquey critter and that is fun. The bad is in shipping. No communication about an abrubt return as it shipped from California to Kansas City - near Des Moines IA then inexplicably shipped back to California and back to KC taking another week. Responses to a phone message left and through multiple emails to Heybike were received only after it delivered. But hey, people are busy and do their working best at the end of the day- I get it. A $100 less promotion 2 weeks after purchase was not my favorite thing either. So for that I say “It’s a great bike, mostly!”

   I really like this bike it feels a little lighter than the original, the battery is a little different with the charging cable. The ride is great you hafta download an app to unlock the speed. I really enjoy it and would definitely buy another one.

   This Tyson Heybike it’s a beast!! I love the color and the design is beautiful. Got all the specs power and range I needed. Every time I took out my Tyson I got all eyes on me . I received the bike with some paint and brake issues but Heybike support were helping me fixed the problem with no hesitations. Overall great service great bike you’ll love it !!

   I have been commuting with the Heybike Tyson for about 2 months now (a 15 mile round trip commute) and I love it. My other electric bike has become neglected every since my first ride. I also run errands and ride it leisurely. It's really just a great bike.

   I have considering ebikes but never owned bike before, just the motorcycle and maxi scooter. I have always inclined to efficiency, sustained products like rechargeable batteries and EVs and this bike made me now switch from my current urban maxi scooter commuting to this one, it’s fun, fast and portable, best of all don’t have to deal with oil changes, yearly tabs. I am super happy with my choice

   I looked for quite a while regarding a class 2-3 bike. Decided on 20" folding bikes for my family because not only would they be smaller and easier to handle on our camping trips but even my little daughter would be able to unfold them and operate them with ease. while I didnt get them a Heybike I did get them each a Lectric XP 3.0's with the long range batteries due to their amazing reviews and my wifes parents both owning them and having the chance to test their bikes out. for me however, I chose your Tyson due to its size (im 6'), its suspension abilities (I come from and still ride downhill bikes) and its power abilities (I like fast things). I will say that the bike responds very quickly with the app regarding setting changes and powering in/off. The suspension is effective and very suitable for the bike and its weight and makes a rough road more manageable for the small 20" wheels. the power delivery is amazing and addicting, its hard not to leave the PAS system on 4 but found the bike more livable for daily rides on 1. The speed cap settings for the modes took a little getting used to after coming from a Lectric bike but found over time to be more enjoyable for me once I found my personal sweet spot for the speeds. Overall I am really enjoying the bike and what it has provided me in my attempts to tire out my 9 month old hunting dog. My experience has not been completely stellar tho, the bike showed up in a good box with tons of well placed packing and copious amounts of zip ties to secure the bike together and well within the foam filling. once i removed everything off the bike was when I discovered that the paint had multiple discrepancies. under the main tube in front of the crank had chips of paint missing all the way down to the metal, there was overspray on a couple of the chrome bolts and enough orange peel to make the fruit itself envy. it also looked as though the frame was painted, then half stripped back to bare metal, then painted again in a hurry (like it was a Friday afternoon and he knew there was a cold IPA awaiting his arrival at home). I also ended up having to completely set up the gear selector and derailer due to neither working at all and not switching gears. Also, either the crank axle or the front drive disc is bent to the point that in final gear you get a chain rubbing noise as you pedal which as I watched while pedaling you get the noise on the outer most angle of the bent disc/axle, you can visibly see the crank wobble as it rotates during pedal. Going through the bike (which you should do anyways) I found most of the nuts and bolts loose and to top it all off the battery was at a whopping 3%. Already being familiar with Lectric bike's line I was disappointed in having my Heybike be delivered in this state. Both of my Lectric bikes came completely ready to ride out of the box (because I had them shipped to my house like the Tyson) and almost a full charge on their batteries. I just opened the boxes, removed all of the zip ties and foam, unfolded the bikes and turned them on. While you probably don't want to hear about your competitors it's important to know what they provide and compare it to what you provide. For a bike that costs hundreds more than your direct competitor it really left a bad taste in my mouth to pay more for a bike that didn't come with any quality control that compared to a more affordable brand. I give the bike 3 stars just on the sheer fact of what it can do and how well it has performed for me. Will I send this bike back? No, the pain of boxing it back up and paying for shipping on a huge box that weighs over 80'lbs is too much trouble and other than the state that it arrived in it has been a great bike that has performed well for me and I love how the bike looks (not counting the paint). I just hope I was a rare case and others got a quality bike for the price they paid.

   Brought my first one in April of 2023 was hit by a car in December ,it was totaled, loved that bike only issue I had was the kickstand broke off at the frames I had to buy a replacement, I'm now waiting on my recently purchased Mars 2.0 750 watt dusty blue bike. The wait is killing me.

   I’ve recently purchased the Tyson within the last 24 hours. Assembly was easy, I do recommend you watch the YouTube video on how to assemble because manual is just ugh. There’s roughly fifteen or so miles on it, there has been no complaints so far! It’s really smooth riding, and surprisingly handles somewhat decent steep hills with the motor on its own power. The only issue I have is the app it doesn’t keep track of how many miles I’ve ridden already. I’m not sure if this is a common or rare occurrence. But SO FAR I’m happy with my purchase.
