Terrific bike! Light, quiet, and smooth. Took about 45 minutes to put it together. No issues. Much, much better than my 2014 Stromer ST1 that cost over $4,000! Smoother riding and better tech. I'll be ordering a second one tomorrow!

The torque sensor is a game changers. It is so smooth and controllable. It rides a lot like a Bosch mid-drive bike for less money. Everyone should at least test ride one.

I can not give it an honest rating yet because i only had it a week and the weather has not been good. I can say I ordered the bike and within a week it was delivered . The packaging was good the only complaint is there was a scratch on the frame and I did not receive my free extra battery yet. I'm hoping Aventon has touch up paint. Overall the bike looks great. I can't wait to get out and ride.

After having both knees replaced earlier this year, I worked to get back in shape and then decided it was time to buy a bike. After researching numerous brands for about six weeks, pros and cons for a 72 yo woman, I decided the PACE 500.3 was for me. I have never owned an E bike and had not ridden any bike for years. My sister owns a fold up Blix e-bike that she rides on the beach and in the mountains, so I first looked at folding bikes, but ultimately liked the features of the 500.3 better. I live in the country and have so far just ridden nearby on rough county roads, full of pot holes, and on our bumpy unpaved road on our property through the pasture to the barn where the bike is stored. The bike is steady and strong and I love ending my ride flying uphill thru the pasture. I’m waiting for my bike rack to be delivered so I can ride my bike elsewhere. Especially thinking of the Aransas Wildlife Refuge and Ft. Davis, both having long, scenic, quiet roads for riding. Thanks for this wonderful bike!

My wife has owned an e-bike for over 4 years and loves it. I used to enjoy riding with her, but could no longer keep up with her on my conventional 10 speed, but I just didn’t feel like an e-bike was for me, because of my 6’8” 235 pound frame. That is until I rode a friend of mine’s Aventon. I was an immediate convert and ordered my Aventon shortly after that test ride. My Pace 500.3, along with the accessories I ordered, arrived in very short order and within an hour, I had the bike assembled and was taking my first ride on my own Aventon. For me, the Aventon seems like a well built bike at a very competitive price and I am once again enjoying rides with my wife 😊 The ordering process could not have been easier and Aventon’s customer service department kept me apprised of my order’s status from the time I hit the “complete order” button, until my bike arrived. So far I am very pleased with my new bike and with Aventon ’s level of service.

At the time of this review, I've only owned the bike for 1 week. No problems upon assembly and the bike runs just fine; exactly as I expected from the test ride. Easily takes myself (150 lbs) up a ~few % grade hill at 20 mph with minimal pedaling assistance in top gear. Comfortable, upright seating position.

Purchased two bikes, one step through for the wife and the larger one for me, white and black. Both bikes arrived within a few days. Fairly easy to install, especially when viewing the video. We Upgraded and purchased the fenders and the rear racks for both bikes, plus helmets. Unfortunately i was sent the wrong size and it sounds like they want me to pay for shipping in order to receive another? Hmmm. Hopefully that issue will get resolved. The bikes are wonderful and we cant wait to take them with us during our next camping trip.

I love my Aventon bike. It has all the bells and whistles I need and has made me enjoy bike riding again. It doesn’t matter your age - just get one and enjoy the scenery.

Love my PACE 500.3 Ebike! I use it to pull my handicapped wife around in a trailer. The bike performs flawlessly and I'm able to bike for a couple of hours with the pedal assist. She loves it and so do I!

Purchased my Pace 500.3 about two months ago. It was easy to complete the final assembly with the simple clear instructions. I’ve been riding it on the paved trails in my area, and what a joy it’s been — handles well, shift’s quickly, and has good riding position. The best part, is the power assistance on hills… it’s a game changer! I can now take longer rides and not worry about being strained climbing hilly sections. So far the bike has exceeded my expectations.
